YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATTERS!

Our mission is to promote all forms of Nordic skiing as a healthy activity for all ages and abilities. Among our core activities are maintaining and grooming over 140 kilometers of ski trails for recreation and touring, as well as performance skiing and racing.
Serving Anchorage's Nordic ski community requires the year-round commitment of a small but dedicated staff, hundreds of hard-working volunteers, and a fleet of specialized heavy equipment. More importantly, the generous support of our members and donors is what
makes all of this possible.

Last night the entire park at Kincaid was groomed with the exception of the Long Lekisch, the Multi-Use, the Lake Loop and the Horseshoe.  The trails are in excellent shape for both classic and skating.

The Hillside Lighted Loops, Gas Line, and Double Bubble have been groomed this morning with new tracks.   The Spencer has had one pass on the skate lane and the tracks are still in good shape.

The high traffic trails at Beach Lake have been cleaned up and more droopy trees have been trimmed.  There are still more out there so please, ski with caution.

The skiing all over Anchorage, Chugiak and Eagle River should be great today.  Have a wonderful Sunday!
