YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATTERS!

Our mission is to promote all forms of Nordic skiing as a healthy activity for all ages and abilities. Among our core activities are maintaining and grooming over 140 kilometers of ski trails for recreation and touring, as well as performance skiing and racing.
Serving Anchorage's Nordic ski community requires the year-round commitment of a small but dedicated staff, hundreds of hard-working volunteers, and a fleet of specialized heavy equipment. More importantly, the generous support of our members and donors is what
makes all of this possible.

KINCAID
Craig is out this morning after a long, productive weekend and has groomed all the Lighted Loops, the Stadium, Sprint Hill, and Elliot's to World Cup and back.  He'll have the Lekisch (the whole thing) ready to go by early afternoon.  The trails are in excellent shape for both classic and skate.  Go on out and enjoy the sunshine!
HILLSIDE
It's time to take advantage of the great grooming that went on at the Hillside for yesterday's race.  In fact, what a super opportunity to ski all over Anchorage today with the Tour trail firmly in place.   A great way to start the week!  Happy Monday!
Update -3:00 pm
Tom has brushed up the skate lanes on the Lighted Loops, set new track on Randy's and the Gasline and is planning to hit the Spencer this afternoon.  He said the trails are in great shape for both classic and skate, even after yesterday's event.
CHUGIAK/EAGLE RIVER
Bill is out this morning giving a lot of attention to the trails at Beach Lake.  He knows they missed him this weekend and they're feeling neglected, but his efforts were needed and appreciated in Anchorage.  He is preparing them for a great week of both classic and skate skiing.  By the way, if you see Bill today, be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday!
