Good morning skiers.

Feeling giddy about the thought of skiing in late April? How about skiing in late April under sunny, blue skies, with fresh cord courtesy of groomer extraordinaire Tom Ross? Well, folks, we're in luck, because skiing at Hillside this morning is going to be off the charts. How about going into work late? Better yet, take the whole morning off. Hillside is the place to be, especially between 9am and 1pm. The earlier the better.

All that said here's what we have for today:

Hillside
The grooming order this morning is Spencer (done by 8am), Bubbles and Lighted Loops (done by 9:30am), Tour Trail (done by 10:30am), and if circumstances allow then Ridge/Richter by late morning. Track will be set selectively depending on conditions. Please use extra caution because we're losing snow coverage fast. For example, on the final downhill on the Spencer there are two puddles forming in low spots; the number of these thin/wet areas will likely be increasing soon.

Kincaid
Sorry to say that grooming is done at Kincaid for the season. But there's still plenty of great skiing left! Despite a deep base in places it's no longer effective to put a heavy machine on the trails and it's not cost effective to groom with a snow-machine considering the quality of product we're able to make at this time of year. In other words, the Pisten Bully rules!

Beach Lake
Same circumstances as Kincaid.

Have a great day out there folks!
